What you can expect
Video performance shopping. Our trained and experienced shopper visits your sales person while he or she is working. Wearing concealed
micro audio/video equipment, the shopper engages in a "sales" transaction, which you pre-determine at our initial meeting. We train our shoppers
to offer your sales person every opportunity to provide professional and courteous service. |
The Instant-Replays performance shopper records your sales person from the moment the shopper enters the workplace until he or she leaves.
When the shop is completed, the shopper forwards to our headquarters the original recording and other relevant materials, such as brochures and
any follow-up correspondence from your sales person. We then convert the recording to the format of your choice (DVD, VHS, or streaming video).
We will forward these items to you, as well as a shop log noting any additional correspondence, and an up-to-date schedule of the shop.
After you've had an opportunity to view your sales person's performance first, then you and your sales person can view it together.
Once your sales person has examined his or her performance from a customer's perspective, you can emphasize the positive and develop a plan to take
advantage of opportunities for improvement.

E-mail performance shopping. Your sales person's E-mails represent your company just as much as his or her handshake, voicemail greeting,
phone conversations, and face-to-face sales meetings.
