What makes Instant-Replays different than other "mystery shopping" programs?
Although each client is unique, they tend to seek a common goal — improve sales performance and motivation.
Viewing past performance can help ensure future success. Instant-Replays utilizes the most advanced audio and video technology to show
you the "real view" from your customers' perspective. Utilizing our program allows your sales team to analyze their performance, then
adjust their execution and develop a strategy to improve performance.
That's why we like to refer to our shoppers as "performance shoppers" rather than the more generic "mystery shoppers." There's very
little mystery to the Instant-Replays program. Your sales persons are informed they will be participating in audio/video training, and
they sign an agreement to participate.
How does the Instant-Replay program work?
Initial meeting. We will meet with you to familiarize ourselves with your unique sales process, develop objectives for your program,
and identify individuals you would like shopped.
The performance shop. One of our experienced and trained shoppers will record your sales person at work by posing as a customer and
wearing a concealed camera.
Our telephone shoppers will record phone conversations, and E-mail shoppers will provide E-mail correspondence.
After the shop. Within two weeks, we will provide to you:
- A DVD, VHS, or streaming video of your sales person's performance. For a telephone shop, we will provide a CD of phone conversations.
For E-mail shops, we will forward you a copy of your sales person's E-mail correspondence.
- All relevant correspondence and materials, such as brochures, thank-you notes, and other communiqué.
- An up-to-date shop log that outlines a schedule of our shop progress and any written notations of follow-up correspondence
from your sales person.
- If you'd like, Instant-Replays can prepare a report card to help you rate the performance, based on pre-established objectives
during your initial meeting with us.
By request, our affiliate, Full House Marketing, can provide improvement recommendations, such as training,
marketing, and staffing, for starters. Full House Marketing can also help you outline specific measures to improve performance issues that require immediate attention.
Action Plan. We recommend that you review the recorded shop and all relevant materials first. Once you've
reviewed the performance, you and your sales person can view it together — emphasizing strengths and noting opportunities for improvement — then
jointly develop an appropriate action plan.
